This large holiday house offers a lot of privacy with several rooms and self-catering apartments within the chateau. The furnishing had been done with great care. All the original features are retained; lovely open fireplaces, panelled walls, stone walls half a metre thick, ceilings with oak beams varied by lovely high and beautifully decorated ceilings with chandeliers and pretty mirrors.
The rooms are decorated using warm colours and nice tissues. You will feel the comfort of today and still have the accommodation of a 16th century château!

You may have your own part of the house with bedroom (s), bathroom and some have a private kitchen and a living room as well; but you can also enjoy each others company as a group to play some games, watch a movie and have meals together.
We also offer accommodation for smaller groups; please ask for possibilities..

Celebrate Christmas and New Year together with friends and family in Normandy!

The whole château is decorated for Christmas with seasonal decorations, mistletoe, log fires, the lovely smell of pine tree branches, candles and of course the Christmas tree.

There is a lovely dining room on the ground floor with a medieval atmosphere, lots of candles, old niches and huge stone fireplace. This is an unforgettable room to celebrate a special occasion. A lot of wedding anniversaries have been celebrated here: 25th, 50th and 60th.For qualified musicians there is a professional Boston/Steinway piano to play to lend that extra ambiance to your party. Next to the dining room is the kitchen with cooking facilities for groups; with dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, extra large oven etc.
You can rent the castle based on self-catering and enjoy your meals at candlelight in the adjoining dining room. Possible to hire a cook or a caterer for special occasions.

Facilities

There are 2 enormous boilers which provide constant hot water. The chateau has double glazed windows. Good sanitary facilities exist and there are excellent beds, some with extra large mattress. The whole château is centrally heated.
